James has over 20 years of experience in senior technology, development and implementation roles for some of the world’s leading investment banks including Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch, Bear Stearns, HSBC and vendors including Fidessa.

James has lived in New York, London and Hong Kong during his career.  

 Before Genesis, James was regarded as one of the leaders in this field, managing global technical teams in supporting and delivering mission-critical, real-time systems for tier 1 global banking institutions needing their trading businesses to run nearly 24-7.  

Tej Sidhu is President and Chief Product Officer, directing go-to-market functions, product strategy and leading the firm’s cross-industry relationships driven by Genesis’ platform, solutions and services. He joined the firm in 2022 as Chief Technology Officer.

Tej brings deep experience in defining product strategy and leading multinational product and engineering teams within high growth fintech and platform companies. Before joining Genesis, Tej spent sixteen years at Calypso, now Nasdaq, where he served as Chief Technology Officer and Head of Research and Development.

Tej holds a master’s degree as a Sloan Fellow from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, he is an avid cyclist, watchmaking enthusiast and an advocate for research into pediatric kidney disease.

A seasoned technologist with over 20 years of experience designing and delivering large-scale systems for global capital markets. Before joining Genesis, Shahin has led the architecture of mission-critical platforms that power trading, risk, and operations across the financial industry, including 16 years at Adenza building the core architecture behind Calypso, a leading capital markets trading platform used worldwide to manage trading, risk, compliance, and post-trade operations across asset classes.

His experience also spans digital banking, including building and scaling platforms for a digital bank serving Sub-Saharan Africa, bringing modern financial infrastructure to emerging markets.

Fergal brings over 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience to Genesis Global, where he oversees the strategic finance function for the organization. He is responsible for the strategic planning, financial analysis, and operational execution necessary to drive scalable growth and maximize profitability.

He joined the organization in October 2021, relocating to Miami to help drive growth in the North American market.
His robust foundation is built upon extensive experience across high-growth sectors, including SaaS and Fintech. His broad background, spanning Corporate Finance and Audit from his time with Grant Thornton, has equipped him with a deep understanding of complex business models, ensuring rigorous financial stewardship and data-driven insights.

Fergal holds a professional designation as a CPA/ACA member through Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Carrie brings 35 years of experience in the People field, working as an executive coach, Chief People Officer and performance improvement coach. Her career has focused on startup, scale up and turnaround environments across a wide range of sectors, including fintech, private equity and manufacturing, on a global scale.

At Genesis, she leads the employee agenda with a strong focus on development as the foundation for building and sustaining high performance teams. Her work centers on the ongoing growth of our most important resource, our talent.

Carrie splits her time between Montenegro and the Peak District. Outside of work, she has a strong interest in abstract art and shooting.

Raminder is Chief Delivery Officer, responsible for delivery across Genesis’s global client portfolio, spanning solutions powered by the Genesis platform and Genesis Create. He joined the firm in 2022.

Raminder brings extensive experience in financial markets and has led the delivery of solutions across multiple asset classes, covering the entire spectrum of front-to-back processes. Before joining Genesis, he spent more than two decades delivering technology solutions for leading financial institutions, including NatWest, Standard Chartered, Société Générale and Deutsche Bank, as well as India’s market regulator, SEBI.

Raminder holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM). Outside of work, he enjoys sports, particularly cricket.
