Full Terms and Conditions:

1. Promoter
This prize draw is run by Genesis Global Technology Limited, with registered offices at Seventh Floor, 36 Leadenhall Street, London, England, EC3A 1AT (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

Open to attendees of TradeTech held in Amsterdam on 22nd and 23rd April 2026 aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are excluded. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility criteria or who the Promoter reasonably believes has breached these terms and conditions.

3. Entry

Entry is granted by completing the online entry form at the Promoter’s booth during the event. One entry per person. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, or unable to be submitted due to technical failures.

4. Prize

One winner will receive an experience voucher with an approximate value of £300, issued by a provider at the Promoter's sole discretion. The Promoter reserves the right, but shall have no obligation, to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal value if the original prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Any tax liability arising from the receipt of the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner.

5. Prize Conditions

• The prize consists solely of the voucher described above. 
• The voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing provider. 
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. 

The winner acknowledges that redemption of the voucher and any service related thereto are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing provider, which constitute a separate agreement between the winner and that provider. The Promoter is not a party to that agreement and accepts no liability for the provider's performance, availability, quality, safety, or suitability of any experience.

The Promoter's obligation is limited to the provision of the voucher. Once the voucher has been delivered to the winner, the Promoter shall have no further liability or obligation in connection with the prize.

If the voucher provider ceases trading or the voucher otherwise becomes unredeemable through no fault of the Promoter, the Promoter shall not be obliged to provide a replacement or any compensation.

6. Excluded Responsibilities

The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with redeeming the voucher and/or the related experience, including but not limited to:

• travel 
• accommodation 
• meals 
• insurance 
• or any other related expenses 
• Any additional costs incurred are the sole responsibility of the winner. 
• The winner is solely responsible for contacting the provider and arranging redemption of the voucher.

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the event closes and will be notified by email using the details provided within 14 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner. The Promoter's decision in relation to all aspects of the prize draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for:

• any loss, damage, or injury arising in connection with the prize draw, the prize, or its use;

• any issues arising from the voucher provider or third-party experience providers;
• any matter arising from the winner's redemption of the voucher or participation in any experience, activity, or service obtained through the voucher, whether provided by the voucher issuer or any third party;
• any act or default of any third party;
• any technical failure, malfunction, or difficulty with the entry process, including but not limited to the website, network, hardware, or software; or
• any events beyond the Promoter's reasonable control (including, without limitation, pandemic, government action, natural disaster, or travel disruption).

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by its direct negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the prize draw at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable, or if it becomes aware of any error, fraud, or other irregularity in the conduct of the draw. Any such amendment, suspension, or withdrawal will be notified on the Promoter's website where reasonably practicable. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

10. Data Protection

By entering this prize draw, you agree that the Promoter may collect and process your name, email address, mobile number, company name, and competition response for the purposes of administering the prize draw, selecting and contacting the winner, and (where you have given consent) sending you marketing communications about the Promoter's products and services. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by emailing [email protected].

11. Use of Entries

By submitting an entry, you grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and publish your entry response (in anonymised form, without identifying you personally) for the Promoter's internal business purposes, including product development and marketing. The Promoter will not publicly attribute any entry to an individual without obtaining separate consent.

12. General Provisions

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between you and the Promoter in relation to the prize draw and supersede any prior representations or agreements.
