Tej Sidhu is President and Chief Product Officer, directing go-to-market functions, product strategy and leading the firm’s cross-industry relationships driven by Genesis’ platform, solutions and services. He joined the firm in 2022 as Chief Technology Officer.

Tej brings deep experience in defining product strategy and leading multinational product and engineering teams within high growth fintech and platform companies. Before joining Genesis, Tej spent sixteen years at Calypso, now Nasdaq, where he served as Chief Technology Officer and Head of Research and Development.

Tej holds a master’s degree as a Sloan Fellow from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, he is an avid cyclist, watchmaking enthusiast and an advocate for research into pediatric kidney disease.
