Before joining Genesis, Shahin has led the architecture of mission-critical platforms that power trading, risk, and operations across the financial industry, including 16 years at Adenza building the core architecture behind Calypso, a leading capital markets trading platform used worldwide to manage trading, risk, compliance, and post-trade operations across asset classes.

His experience also spans digital banking, including building and scaling platforms for a digital bank serving Sub-Saharan Africa, bringing modern financial infrastructure to emerging markets.
