Before joining Genesis, Henrique was a distinguished professional swimmer, competing in the Beijing (2008) and London (2012) Olympic Games. He was a medalist in the Swimming World Championship and the Pan-American Games and still holds the South American record for the 200-meter breaststroke. 

Henrique joined Genesis in 2016 as one of the first employees and early founders. He began his journey with the company as a Business Admin, then transitioned to VP of Americas. He later moved into his current position as VP of Business Operations and Chief of Staff in 2022.

His leadership and strategic vision have been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and operational excellence.  He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2007 with a BA in International Relations and is currently finishing his Executive MBA in Business Management at the Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).
