Carrie brings 35 years of experience in the People field, working as an executive coach, Chief People Officer and performance improvement coach. Her career has focused on startup, scale up and turnaround environments across a wide range of sectors, including fintech, private equity and manufacturing, on a global scale.

At Genesis, she leads the employee agenda with a strong focus on development as the foundation for building and sustaining high performance teams. Her work centers on the ongoing growth of our most important resource, our talent.

Carrie splits her time between Montenegro and the Peak District. Outside of work, she has a strong interest in abstract art and shooting.
