Andrew is Chief Engineering Officer at Genesis, where he leads execution and delivery across the technology function. He joined the firm in 2021 and brings over thirty years of experience in software engineering.

Before Genesis, Andrew spent two decades at leading consultancies, delivering complex engineering programs for financial clients in Singapore and the UK. He then moved into senior leadership roles at tier one financial institutions, where he led large engineering teams and drove large scale delivery.

Andrew holds a first class degree in Computer Science. Outside work, he is a keen, if self described slow, long distance cyclist who has toured extensively across the United Kingdom and Europe.
