Key Features

Utilizing our Core Platform rules engine, the Notifications and Alerts component can generate notifications that can be sent directly to a user’s Alerts Center as a result of any business event.

The Alerts Center has an Alert Log where users can see a digest of all alerts and notifications received for that day, a view of all Active Alerts subscribed to, and a Subscribe section with a list of alerts available for subscription.

Alongside a collection of extension plugins that allow sending to various external destinations, such as email via STMP, Microsoft Teams, or even financial services specific platforms like Symphony, an extensible architecture means you can write your own plugins to connect directly to your own systems.

The Notifications and Alerts components integrates directly with our document tooling, allowing notifications to have file attachments, as well as providing the option to generate notification text with rich formatting and embedded imaging, making white-labelling a Genesis application a breeze.
