Niketta is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in capital markets, specializing in product management and pre-sales.

With deep expertise in developing and delivering innovative solutions, driving client engagement, addressing complex business challenges, and aligning technology with market needs.

Liz is a Director in Global Strategic Accounts at Genesis Global, leading sales for some of the firm’s largest buy and sell side accounts.

Prior to Genesis, Liz held a variety of sales roles, most recently at the NYSE where she led Consumer Tech & FinTech Capital Markets.

In addition, she was at Ernst & Young (EY) for over seven years as a Business Development Executive covering mutual fund complexes and alternative asset managers across all of EY’s service lines.

Before that she was at Citigroup in prime brokerage sales covering hedge funds on the west coast.

Liz started her career at Bloomberg in New York. She holds a B.S. from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.

Scott brings over 20 years of experience in Financial Services to Genesis, where he drives organizational sales performance, profitability and growth. Known for his track record of driving millions in annual revenue, Scott is dedicated to positively impacting the bottom-line.

Will began his career in ING’s London Innovation Lab before transitioning to Genesis where he led the development of trading systems in the Fixed Income and Insurance sectors. This included the Octaura CLO & Loan marketplace. Currently he is a key member of Genesis’ Sales Engineering team, providing capital market clients with innovative solutions, rapidly and cost effectively, using the Genesis Application Platform. Will holds a 1st class MEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol.

Jason brings over 25 years of marketing and leadership experience to Genesis, where he oversees the strategic vision and execution of all marketing efforts. Known for his innovative approach and data-driven strategies, Jason is dedicated to driving brand growth and market expansion. 

Before joining Genesis, Jason held various senior marketing roles at leading tech companies, including Improbable, GitHub, PayPal and Yahoo. His experience across these prominent companies has equipped him with a robust skill set and a deep understanding of the tech industry’s marketing landscape. 

Jason holds an MBA from the University of Florida, Warrington College of Business.
