James has over 20 years of experience in senior technology, development and implementation roles for some of the world’s leading investment banks including Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch, Bear Stearns, HSBC and vendors including Fidessa.

James has lived in New York, London and Hong Kong during his career.  

 Before Genesis, James was regarded as one of the leaders in this field, managing global technical teams in supporting and delivering mission-critical, real-time systems for tier 1 global banking institutions needing their trading businesses to run nearly 24-7.  

Marina is a seasoned HR executive with deep experience leading broad strategic programs that build on individual and team strengths, promote engaged cultures and grow the right capabilities from line level to the C-suite. She has also led several pan-business transformation programs.  

She has a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced, high-growth and complex environments across various industries, such as automotive, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, logistics and software. 

Marina has a Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Psychology from Bristol University, a Master’s degree in Coaching accredited by the EMCC, and she recently qualified as a Paseda360 coach.

Outside work, she enjoys scuba diving, hiking, and dancing. She has mentored and coached women through the Aspire Foundation for many years.

Tej Sidhu has been the Chief Technology Officer at Genesis Global since November 2022. He has deep experience developing technology strategy and leading multi-national product development teams in rapidly growing fintech companies.

Tej is passionate about leveraging technology to deliver time-to-value and scale for our clients and leading innovation and thought leadership teams. Before Genesis, Tej was CTO and Head of R&D at Calypso (now Adenza/Nasdaq) for 16 years.     

He has a master’s degree (Sloan Fellow) from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s from the University of Pennsylvania. Tej is an avid cyclist, watchmaking enthusiast and advocate for research to cure pediatric kidney disease.
